Air Transport Terms
General Provisions:
- 1-Validity: Unless otherwise stated, the validity of this offer is five (5) business days from the date of issuance. If approval is given after this period, the quoted offer may require revision.
- 2-Scope: Unless otherwise specified, this offer applies to general cargo and stackable shipments. It does not apply to cargo requiring special handling (e.g., perishable items, valuables, live animals) or hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, explosive substances). For such shipments, you may request a quote from our Sales team by specifying the type of goods.
- The price quote covers the air transport services mentioned. Unless explicitly stated, additional services such as storage, special handling, security checks, etc., are not
- Import storage, additional service and document fees that may arise during customs clearance, inspections, and similar costs are not included in our offer.
- Transit times are provided based on air and road
- For air freight calculations, 1,000 kg = 6 m³, or 1 m³ = 167 kg, as per IATA rules, calculations are based on the higher of volume or gross weight. This applies to stackable cargo; for non-stackable or oversized cargo, separate volume calculations and quotations are

- For cargo that is not collected by the recipient, all associated storage, customs, handling fees, and related costs in the air transport contract will be borne by the sender/recipient. The customer agrees to cover all these costs in advance.
- All storage costs and any other costs arising if the cargo is delayed for reasons such as document deficiencies, customs detainment, or consignee refusal, will be borne by the
